Most Humanitarian related jobs are mostly concerned about the personality and not necessarily the skillset, so your resume should highlight activities such as volunteering, special aid services, community development, travel experience, human relations, and other good deeds.
You need a resume to display the benefit you can offer the company if you are eventually considered for the position. You must tell the employer what you can bring to the table if you are ultimately employed and not only tell them about your school records and your work experience.
