  • Make sure you spell your words correctly, avoid spelling your words wrongly. Make sure you proofread your letter or you can ask someone to proofread it for you to see if you made spelling mistakes.
  • Put potential marks where necessary.

  • The format of the letter should be font size 14. The spaces between each line should be 1.5. You should use Calibri, Times New Romans.
  • Count words: It depends on whether the people you’re applying to give you a word count. So if they give you a word count, you should use their own word count. If they say right from 800 to 1,000, you should write above 800 and below 1,000. It means you shouldn’t write anything less than 800 words and you shouldn’t write anything above 1,000.
