- Make sure you spell your words correctly, avoid spelling your words wrongly. Make sure you proofread your letter or you can ask someone to proofread it for you to see if you made spelling mistakes.

- The format of the letter should be font size 14. The spaces between each line should be 1.5. You should use Calibri, Times New Romans.
