  1. Laissez-fair.

A laissez faire leadership Style is very laidback and trusting. This type of leader will often leave people to get on with their work with minimal input or supervision.

  1. Delegative.

A delegative leader will always allocate tasks to team members based on their strengths. A delegative leader will never be hands on, instead they prefer to give tasks to their team members and then oversee the work that is being carried out.
