Successful beneficiaries of OPM’s university scholarship in Turkey are in a celebration mood as the General Overseer of the Ministry, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere has acquired a multi-million Naira apartment to accommodate them in turkey.
The multi-million naira property acquired will house beneficiaries of its foreign scholarship scheme in Turkey.
The General Overseer and founder of the church, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere made this known via a Facebook post on his verified account.
Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, who is famous for his charity works in different dimensions especially in the areas of education said he had acquired the 7 bedroom fully detached duplex for the scholarship students to cut down on accommodation expenses spent on the beneficiaries in Turkey.
Early January 2020, total number of 16 students who are beneficiaries of Omega Power Ministries’ (OPM) foreign university scholarships left for Turkey, while about 46 more students joined them three weeks ago (October,2020) of which God’s servant Apostle Chinyere traveled with them to ensure they are comfortable before he returned back to Nigeria.
After noticing the high cost of accommodations in turkey, Apostle Chinyere who have a golden heart and cares very much for humanity purchased a building few meters away from the University in Turkey for the comfort of the students.
“The house was bought for them to stay and go to school from there and at least there will be no more paying of rent”, Apostle Chinyere says.
It will interest people to know that their school fees and resident permit have all been paid. In addition, Apostle Chinyere have paid for their books for one year.
Apostle Chinyere also bought washing machines, driers, televisions, fridge, bed etc for them to be comfortable in Turkey.
The OPM foreign scholarships cover fees, books, upkeep (stipends) allowances and accommodation until the completion of studies.
Also in order to ensure the adequate well being of those students studying in Turkey, Apostle Chinyere has employed the services of an Educationists and a retired Director in Ministry of Defense in Nigeria to take care of the students in Turkey. Her Visa has been processed, flight ticket paid by Apostle Chinyere waiting to depart Nigeria to Turkey next week (November 2020).
For the past ten years, Omega Power Ministries has awarded scholarships to indigent persons to study in different parts of countries such as the United States of America, South Africa, Canada, United Kingdom, Turkey, etc. The scholarship schemes run by the mega church is open to every resident in Nigeria irrespective of tribe, country of origin or religion.
In case you don’t know, Omega Power Ministries built 15 state of the art free schools where the poor, Orphans and the less privileged attends free of charge. Everything including books, school uniform, sandals, canvas, writing materials are all free, including one free meal per day while in school, etc.
Omega Power Ministries also built two free specialist hospital where the indigent woman goes to deliver free of charge. So far the free hospitals has contributed immensely in reducing high level of maternal mortality in Nigeria.
OPM also built free skills acquisition center which have trained more than 10,000 Nigerians on different vocations free of charge.
All these and more were funded from tithe and offering to the Glory of God.
